I am making my personal progress and my eventual goals thread :P please don't laugh at me though. I'm uncomfortable with myself anyway. Honestly this is what i want to look like. As it is now i look like this [img]http://i1042.photobucket.com/albums/b428/Actionsoldius1/zack.jpg?t=1310598927[/img] I'm 6'1 and 135 lbs. I don't know what weight i should be to have his physique but I'm currently just weightlifting 3 times a week and eating more. Any and all suggestions would be awesome because I'm trying to get into mma (any ideas for how to get started with that is appreciated too) but my body isn't strong enough to really do it yet.

Why is your hair yellow? Also, lift and eat well, i guess? There are no special answers or formulas. And in order for us to be able to answer, i think we would need more info. What is your program, what do you eat, etc.

I eat 4 meals a day with a total of 150g of protein (give or take) and I'm needing help with a program actually.
