Last year, he was in a video with Don Shipley where he talked about his prognosis and his mentality he was choosing to have for his remaining time left. It starts at 5:45

Been expecting this for a while. Surprised he lived so long to be honest after the diagnosis.
I didn't even know he was dying, shit.

aw, sucks that he died so young
My dad died of the same thing two months ago. Honestly, it's probably the worst way to go. Pretty much the only good thing to come of it is to see people like him and this guy decide to be positive with their time left.
Great man, way too fucking young.

My grandmother died of brain cancer almost 2 years ago, it's so god damn awful to watch someone wither away so quickly.
Awww that sucks. Future Weapons was a joy to watch because he was so enthusiastic and seemed to know what he was talking about(not into guns so I can't confirm if he really knew what he was talking about). The show provided a hobbyist perspective of weapons too. There weren't any politics in the show even though the subject and countries visited were controversial
Goddamn he and mythbusters was one of the few reasons to watch discovery when it was good
RIP, I loved the guy's shows, sad to go so soon.
Damn, he seemed like a really decent guy, didn't deserve to go like that.
Oh man, I used to wait at night for his shows just to see rare gems like the AA-12 and Magpul Masada in action. He and R. Lee Ermey's Lock N' Load on History basically made 11 year old me get really into guns.
RIP great lad.
aw shit man, this really sucks. I was watching Future Weapons episodes on Youtube last year and wondered what happened to the guy. I just thought he was living a normal, private life out of the public eye, didn't know he had brain cancer. it's good to see he fought the best that he could. RIP.
