Why the fuck would they do that? Using a bullet like that will just ruin the meat, and if you sent able to eat the animal, than you have no reason to kill it. You kill animals to eat them, if you can't eat them, you have no reason to kill them.
I have heard armadillo tastes good, they shouldn't destroy the poor thing if they can't eat it.

What they're doing is technically illegal (that is if one of the shots actually grazed the target).
You are supposed to make it a clean kill, the animal must not suffer in any way. If you miss and it runs off then fuck you unless you're such a good marksman that you can just kill it on the move (which these guys obviously can't)
