If it's all-new, it probably won't be American Civil War, since the setting seems similar to the Independence Era of AC3, and we've already spent a fair bit of time in that region. Perhaps it could be an Eastern setting like China or Japan, or even a game set in Antiquity?

I hope that there aren't any painted "Bad guys" in this AC. I feel like ACIII did an okay job, but it still made the British feel pretty "Bad" to me.

Either World War seemed a bit unlikely. I know it was the most voted for by fans, but the devs seemed underwhelmed with it being so popular.

A few games ago they said WW2 likely wouldn't happen, but maybe they will give in to fan pressure.

I was hoping this is where Ubisoft would go next WITH Connor, but obviously this article throws that theory out of the window unless they actually do go there but with this new hero of there's. I'm hoping he/she gets named decently.

I kind of want another female protagonist. I don't know why but that would be really cool alongside a French Revolution theme.
