The best scene is out of any of the numerous ones in Chaos Theory, but not this.

The Third Echelon level had my favorite scenes. Especially, "I'm Sam Fisher, I used to work here".

I thought Conviction was pure garbage, its like Michael Bay's Splinter Cell. Chaos Theory had Sam's best quotes in it.

I wish Conviction didn't perform like shit on my PC. Constant 12 FPS.

But I managed to get to the beginning of the Third Echelon level before I quit from how bad my framerate is.

Guys, convections was good on its own merit. It wasn't trying to be as sneaky-stealthy as the previous ones, even though it had a lot of good stealth elements. You can't deny that it was a good game.
