It will issue its verdict on the cause of the explosion that sank the warship after that. If Pyongyang did carry out the attack it would be the deadliest confrontation between the two countries since the Korean War ended in 1953. This is a joke. Are they really this primitive? Because if they're good enough to make the torpedo hit the ship, why not just have it remotely controlled by the same "crack pilots", and not have their skill wasted? Oh, that's right, because you're dirt poor and wouldn't be able to produce that type of technology even if you had the money.
