Sure it's alright, but pretty much all you have is 6 regular spud guns that fire in a sequence while spinning.
Now an auto-reloading one, that would be very impressive.

I'm sure it would be easy to rebuild a design already made, but they started from scratch without knowing how they were gonna make it. Now granted it does look a little shitty and could be better with power, but at least you gotta give them props for making it.
