At first I was like "No, it is probably just them filming people from the neck down so as to avoid privacy issues or annoying anyone by putting their face on the news." You see it occasionally and don't even think twice probably. But then I watched the video. Wow, it really is just some cameraman getting shots of boobs.

this type of stock footage is very common. Whenever there's a story about obesity my local news station always plays the same stock footage of obese people walking around. :v:

I'm guessing somebody just looked up "women stock footage" and threw whatever appeared onto the video without looking it over. It's a story about women - not out of the question that somebody was lazy and threw stock footage on.

I want a men's day so I can get nice crotch-shots and ass-caps.
