Don't think so. The raw material alone plus metalworking cost would be higher than $20.
In any case, what do you want one at $20 for? If it's for filming, you should have the budget to get at least a $50-$100 pistol and $100-$150 for a rifle. If it's for actual airsoft, it doesn't matter if it's full metal, it's going to suck.
Wow, a "full metal" springer.

It's most likely even shittier than a normal springer, because Evike can use "full metal" as a distraction from the horrible quality. Even if they aren't lying, it's most likely pot metal that's weaker than ABS.
"Full metal" means nothing unless your budget is already in the high hundreds. If you're looking for a realistic prop for making a short film or something, just grab this:

It's probably the least shitty spring-powered replica on the market.
The least shitty spring powered pistol on the market is the KJW Taurus 24/7, it even has a chamber and functional slide lock.
Ive got the KJW 24/7, its really nice for a springer. Awesome heft, great construction, nice looking trades, and the rubberized grip is super comfortable.

I think if you are going to buy any airsoft gun, you should start with a budget of more than $20. Even for plinking, that isn't going to get you very far. Your better off with a plastic gun for a higher price (even $50 is better than $20) than a bad metal gun for a lower price. Save up, and then look for one.
I paid 30 bucks for my first springer off ASMS.
You are going to regret getting any airsoft gun for under 50 bucks imo.
I suppose if you want a cheap one for shooting targets in your backyard or something then yeah that would be okay though. Don't expect it to last too long though.
I'd rather play a game with a practice knife than with a $20 springer honestly... actually that might be fun.
