i feel like i didn't get much progress :( Although I only got access to a gym on may 21'st, before I did crunches/pushups/chinups
It's p bad, bruh. Your schedule is shit and it's only been a month.
[editline]5th June 2011[/editline]
If you want to get serious you need to find a better gym. You have potential bc you're starting young but you need to get serious
I only have the gym im at right now, and another one which is better, but there is always 30+ people there (I shit you not)
If I where to go there and wait in lines and shit what would my routine look like
That place has everything
that looks so weird.
Your biceps bulged more I give you that.
Yeah but that's probably because of the different wrist position.
Looks like you've lost some weight.
O_O I don't see any progress but you look fine, really good
I refuse to give any further comments unless I see some proof he read even one post on WF. Arms look the same. It's been a month brah.
fack you guys
i only have a gattdamn gym designed for old people, and one with 15 minute lineups for everything
i cant do anythong until I'm 16, then pay to go to and actual gym
you can't even be mad. You asked for our opinion and we gave it to you. I seriously doubt that a gym is ALWAYS crowded. My uni gym is v crowded but even when it is i can still get in and out in an hour. It doesn't disturb my work out much at all.
the hell is that excuse, just buy dumbbells and you can get an inch on your arms in under 2 months
Shits expensive
I might just improvise and try to do an SS variation or some sort of split, might be possible with my gym
[editline]6th June 2011[/editline]
http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/dougs-4-day-split-workout.html
I can do this except seated calf raise
im pretty sure the 15-20 pound dumbbells you are looking for can be paid for with the same amount you pay for a month in a cheap gym, maybe even less
if you're that scrawny dont bother following some shit like that, hell i dont even know why people do that for any other reason than being a tubby trying to lose weight on P90X or some shit
Get some dumbbells, learn basic bodybuilding stuff like full range of motion, failing at 8-12 etc. (you should know that) google which muscles you want to work because you can target nearly every muscle with dumbbells, and youtube the shit to make sure you're doing the technique properly, i swear i have seen so many idiots doing concentration curls to their chest instead of their shoulder
Gym is technically free cause I buy a city pass for the pool every month anyways
[editline]6th June 2011[/editline]
And it's like $30 a dumbell here too, I already got tons of them, barbells and benches at the gym.
[editline]6th June 2011[/editline]
But yeah ill listen to last paragraph thanks
O_O I don't see any progress but you look fine, really good
thats a terrible book
Very pathetic looking, you need to gain some serious weight.
thats a terrible book
how so?
how so?
.... refer to our last conversation. That book is nothing but personal ideas and enlightments Arnold thought he had experienced. It's not the best place to learn from, especially if you take in account he used drugs.
That book is nothing but personal ideas and enlightments .
thats bull, the book teaches you about every muscle you target as a bodybuilder and teaches you tons of techniques for all of them, i know a lot of dedicated bodybuilders who use it as a reference. Also covers a lot of other stuff, definitely steered me out of making mistakes when i started working out.
... and what does the drugs thing have to do with it? are you talking about his steroid use?
lol no shit about the roids. the book has bad routines ( thats all i know about it)

What the fuck. This book is a guys goddamn opinion and his own routines. Are you Arnold? No. Do you use drugs? No. Then why the fuck do you need to learn from a thing that has no relations to you or reality.
A good book would be practical programming, which is focused on actual facts, diagrams and actual explinations to why you should do things. It's an actual guide. ACTUAL
Even if a billion bber's would read that, I still wouldn't recommend it. In the bb buis, most people just follow blindly without even knowing what they're doing.
((disclaimer: some of the biggest strongest dudes do dumb shit and do what they feel, but they are usually gym rats who have twice the dedication you twinks do and have years of experience under their belts)

so tl;dr BEGINNERS THAT DONT HAVE A BOATLOAD OF ANABOLICS DONT RESPOND WELL TO OVERBLOATED ROUTINES

don't blame the gym
you just need a proper schedule. you're schedule right now is hilariously bad.

i wouldn't say they do 'dumbshit' they just have very personalized schedules and diets. Unfortunately, everyone is different and constantly different so what works for some may not for others. And like you said the professionals do have anabolics and have more bloated (overbloated for the rest of us) schedules because of it. I wouldn't say any of it's dumb shit, though.
No way he is 130. When I was 130, I looked a lot bigger than that, unless he is really tall or something.
