To be fair, many actors have played horrible rolls in the past. He's not my favorite actor but he's alright in some films.

In combination with Zack Snyder, who's already a hit or miss director, I have low expectations.

God, you'd think the internet would have learned by now, what with the reaction to Ledger and Keaton. Yeah, please, make a "This is Your Joker" video with clips from a Knight's Tale and that whatever things I hate about you movie.

Just watch Afleck in Saving Private Ryan. He can be a badass and not corny when he wants to be! (This is sarcasm by the way, as everyone gets Edward Burns confused with him, even I used to)

the thing is, they could do really well if they show Batman actually breaking down from all the shit happening in his life. i mean no matter what, he's still just a man, and to be fair Affleck is REALLY good as playing roles where he just breaks fucking down to raw anger or sadness

you know you can actually look at almost any actors portfolio and combine some bad clips to make an incriminating video ben affleck isn't that bad honestly, i dont know why people think he was so bad as daredevil [editline]asdfasdf[/editline] and removing scenes from their context make them look a whole lot worse in most cases

He is a much better actor now. I'd rather he was involved in directing though, just to help reel in Snyder's 'LOOK AT WHAT EVERYONE'S WEARING! IT'S SO COOL!' shots, whichI'll admit were toned down in amn of Steel, but still. The Town was a great film.
