we made a single stage coilgun out of a flash cap for a physics project for shits
mate accidentally discharged the cap across his thumb, rendering it dead for a couple of days
he ended up doing the same thing twice more over the course of the project
not a bright spark, that one.
I actually commend this guy for the lengths he's going to to teach us idiot kids about electricity safety
