Madrid imposed strict controls at the border with the British territory amid a row over the creation by Gibraltar of an artificial reef in disputed waters. The commission's ruling followed a UK complaint and it has also written to the UK and Spain with recommendations to avoid future delays at the border. But the UK still says the "politically motivated" checks were unlawful.
it's like nobody is even trying anymore to keep britain in the eu
it's like nobody is even trying anymore to keep britain in the eu
When you guys keep vetoing everything, no shit
The legality wasn't even in question, the government of Gibraltar just wants someone to set out rules for both sides to comply with to keep the border traffic flowing.
So spain want to keep a massive traffic jam at their border and have people sit in their cars for hours on end? gg spain, gg
