I'm going to use the term in the title as being very broad. Do you prefer to have something that is of better quality, or multiple but with less quality? This can apply to anything, whether it be food at a restaurant, content in video games or anything else really.
I myself prefer quality because it typically leaves a more satisfied feeling, a feeling which cannot be made up for with just lots of one thing.
