The Toronto server was giving me 12kB/sec.
I'm getting 210kB/sec from the UK one.

Downloading with 5mb/s here try an other server, that mostly works for me.

When I go to launch it I get 3 options, the game than Deauthorize Bad Company 2 and view support info.
