I drink coffee everyday but sometimes I don't feel like that cuts it.
I know about energy drinks like Red Bull and Burn, but I don't drink anything like that anymore.
Is coffee the only solution?

Sugar gives you energy short term, but after it you will just feel really tired out.
Eat a good meal with grains, meat, vegetables and you should have energy for a while.
Caffeine doesn't help in the long run. Eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and go to bed earlier.
