I was expecting a Matrix-esque fight... got better.
That could have ended really badly. Nice reaction time on the guy with the gun, it doesn't even look like he shot anyone.
Always bring a gun to a knife fight.
Oh god I love how as soon as he pops out with the gun they just all scramble to get away.
One got shot in the ass it seems.
How that guy in the upper right is limping away like a huge bag of rotten potatoes.
looks like he's getting on his moped to chase them haha
holy shit, if he didn't come along those two people at the table would've probably been hurt or killed
It sounds funny, but getting shot in the ass is one of the worst things that could happen to you bullet-wound wise.
There's so many blood vessels and muscular tissue that just gets torn to hell, and it's extremely difficult to repair.

Is it competing with getting shot in the chest, gut, or head?
Is it competing with getting shot in the chest, gut, or head?
Highest chance to kill: Head.
Highest chance to incapacitate: Chest.
Most painful: Gut (especially if the stomach is hit).
Hardest to repair: All of them.
There is no competition, getting shot produces a wound which is always hard to repair, but a knife makes a much worse one.

Never done heard of a knife fragmenting or expanding inside the body.

i'd rather get attacked by a knife than shot by a gun
knife wounds are much more likely to be clean and easily suturable

9 guys made the mistake of bringing a knife to a gun fight

Not to shit on the parade but I'm sure you've both seen the video documentary from a doctor on gun and knife wounds, with the multiple sources backing up what he said, I mean it's been posted repetitively over the last year.
The amount of conflict using guns has caused gun wounds to be more focused on, over time doctors have figured out how to easily clean up and repair a gun wound. You're more likely to survive a gun shot to the gut than someone stabbing or slashing you in the gut with a knife, plus there is the factor of you're more likely to get stabbed or slashed more times than you get shot, I've honestly never heard of someone getting shot 37 times but there have been many cases of people getting stabbed over 40 times, and surviving it.
Regardless though I'd rather not get shot, stabbed or slashed thanks.
i was hoping to see 9 people get shot

You do get a lot of ice cream, though.

It also depends on what kind of caliber and the type of ammunition the guy is using.
If you get shot by a .22 in the gut you may walk away from the hospital with only a bit of blood and some bruising. But if someone shoots you in the gut with a .50 MK211 round you might even get split in half.
Is there any backstory on this?
What happened to the guy who came up behind the dude with the gun? He looked like he was about to attack.
Well that was bad ass. I mean, when I watched it I saw the guys with the knives rock up and imagined a really bad ass soundtrack to them. Then they alllll fucking scrambled when the gun was out.
Is this in America? If so, why the fuck would they think this would result any differently?
The video does say Thailand. To be honest, I don't know what you people expected them to do, nobody is THAT foolish to try and hit somebody holding a gun using a machete if you've got the chance to run away.
Oh damn, I was "cringing" when I saw them heading for that guy and kid at the table until the guy with the gun came out I was like: :v:
