Are they sure it's a siege or are they just under overwhelming animal attack, as in a couple of those spiders you guys have that are death incarnate.
Is that photo of the well dressed siege taker or just a plainclothes officer?

The first thing I thought of when I saw the title was like a stampede or something.

I don't wanna live in a world where a guy can't take a women hostage for a little while. Its not like he's hurt anyone.

I can only get off by having an armored car full of SWAT outside of my house.
Are the emus back?
Oh please god no, not again.
I happen to be waiting in QLD airport for a plane back to Sydney. I can confirm that these people seem the sort. They are wearing thongs on every appendage and are collectively staring in wonder at my pants.
Police make a big deal out of anything because we don't get any intense situations other than the occasional hostage situation
I remember speaking to a TOU guy a few years back down in here in Sydney and he said they had upward 200 callouts each year across the state. It's not much compared to some places but it's a decent amount. Most just never happen to get on the news.
