Any US citizens like Kinder eggs and voting? Then do I have the petition for you!

Dear US citizens of Facepunch,
I made this a few hours ago, so naturally it doesn't have many petitioners yet. Anyway, don't you love those Kinder eggs? You know the Kinder Surprise eggs with a toy inside? Those are illegal in the US for trade and sale, and you can be fined up to $300 if you bought one in, say, Canada and tried to take it past the border.
So I made a WhiteHouse.gov petition to try to combat this ridiculous law, and I'd like some signatures. It actually cannot become public until it has at least 150 signatures, so you guys will be the first. If you don't already have a whitehouse.gov account, you should make one. They don't spam you, it's nice.

Here's the copypasta'd text:
The chocolate sweet "Kinder Surprise," popular among children in many foreign countries, has been illegal in the United States since the Ferrero Group's application was turned down due to an inedible food ban in 1993.[1] This ban of Kinder eggs is ridiculous, especially when noting that Kinder Surprise eggs have numerous warnings of inedible objects and state clearly on the packaging that an inedible item lies inside. A very fair warning. This product is only deadly to those who disregard packaging labels and wish to swallow the egg whole. Ban of Kinder eggs also wastes time and money of the CBP (Customs and Border Protection).
I propose lifting the ban on trade and sale of these Kinder Surprise eggs and any similar food with fair warnings.

Exactly 800 characters, even included a source! Anyway, I'd love if you signed. Thank you!
Cheers!

I have a big box of those little toys, maybe more than 10 years old.
I can say that I never tried to choke myself with them.
Edit:
And I think they banned them because you can smuggle drugs in them easily.

When you think about it, its true, because the people who search stuff are unlikely to suspect mere chocolate eggs of smuggling drugs, and even if they were to know of the possibility, they'd have to break someone's food item to find out.

Hey, you have drugs in there!
breaks open egg
Well, maybe not. But I'll have to keep it as evidence... and the rest of these eggs too. All evidence.
picks up eggs
Alright. nom You can leave now. om nom
you can buy them at this weird european store down the street from me
so if they're banned, I've never noticed
Signed, loved those things when I loved in Germany.
I used to buy them all the time as a kid. You aren't missing out on much, the chocolate is pretty shitty and the toys are crap now.
If you didn't like stuff made by kinder as a kid you've probably grown up to be a rapist.
I loved these things. My grandmother would always send some our way whenever she went and visited her hometown.

Most of drug enforcement is done by dogs. If you find a way to get your drugs past the dogs, then you don't need to hide it in a kinder egg.
Nowadays the surprise just isn't the same anymore. Well what do I know I stopped eating these like 7 years ago but at the time they stopped making these weird gizmo-things and replaced them with clay figures. Bloody fuck that was lame.

They should ban people that can open their mouth and shove stuff up their asses and vaginas then.
I'll sign it once I can remember my account stuff.
WhiteHouse.gov has the absolute worse sign in system. If the password is wrong, it just refreshes the page and doesn't tell you that it failed to sign in.

I know, until I remembered my password it did nothing.
Never heard of them before.
I FUCKING LOVE KINDER EGGS. My dad used to bring them in all the time when he used to work in Germany. I didn't know they were illegal?

Your dad is a criminal. Move to Mexico.
I have like 20 of these; my sister brought them back when she visted london, it was no problem at all and she wasn't stopped by customs.
Kinder Selection.
Removes those stupid enough to eat the whole egg and not even notice a chunk of fucking plastic in the center.
I wonder if anybody's noticed this is a spambot. Potato's been posting this on other forums.

Or he's just trying to get people to sign his petition?
I can buy these at the mall down the street. Aww yeah.
Huh, they still sell them at the Russian grocery store I always go to.

I'm not a spambot, I just want to get attention for my petition.
For those wondering, this is also on Steam, TIGsource and Minecraft forums.

Actually, their thread is almost as popular as this one.

I can buy them at every convenience store and supermarket
I remember a news story about someone finding spiders in those with eggs.
