I am just so tired of video looking like that. I prefer porn. Oh yeah...
His point is kind of conversely true because when you die your going to lose everything you experienced anyways. If video games make you comfortable and bring you pleasure I don't see anything wrong with playing them. You only live once so you might as well enjoy it, I mean really I'd rather have a level 80 than drive from NYC to San Francisco 3 times.
Why should the satisfaction of getting a virtual friend be any worse than the satisfaction of getting a real friend?
Everyone has their own unique values. If you value getting a good job, being a good parent, being nice to your wife, why should that make you better or worse than someone who values spending horrendous amounts of time making and drinking wine, or creating movies, or collecting model trains, or playing video games?
To quote Bill Hicks, life is all just a ride. You're eventually going to have to get off, and stop living. The only thing you can do is try to enjoy yourself, in whatever way you can.
This guy is stupid. I have done all what he says he has done. Im not fat, i got friends, and i have a social life, even though im trolling around here and playing games all the time.
Longstory short, i wanna punch that guy

Long story short you're not playing games all the time, if you were, you would have no friends, and no social life, because you'd be playing games all the time.
He makes it sound like I'm sitting at home firing off knuckle children to an NES.
That guy must have been a pretty big fucktard to get fat and divorced and blame games.
It is a balance, one that isn't comprised of balancing soda cans on pizza boxes playing WoW.
If it took him "three decades" to figure that shit out, I'm sure his next challenge is going to be learning how to tie shoes.
He seems to think that to game you must spend hours at a time staring at the computer and have no social life.
You can game while still having a social life. Moderation is key.
Everyone ITT is raging at how much of a fag he is and what is said is a load of bullshit. Yet, you did think about all that he said even for a second, and you had goosebumps. I'd prefer having a hot, smart and beautiful girlfriend, a healthy school life, than a level 80 or all the achievements on a fucking game that aren't worth shit. When you get home and you have to study for an exam, or do something responsible, you choose, games or studying? Games are fun, make the time fly, studying is boring, time goes by a lot slower, yet, it gets you somewhere in life, it differentiates if you will be a sad fucker sitting in front of the computer or a guy with a hot, smart and beautiful girlfriend and a healthy life, a good job, and if you manage everything right, enough time to play games.
I'd like hearts and boxes to put the hearts in. Thanks.
