Although I can't say I agree with what they are doing for a living I really hope that it is a false positive on the test. After seeing what HIV does first hand I would not wish it on anyone and I do mean anyone.

Calling the guy out would do nothing to help the situation, investigating his interactions and getting people he's sexually interacted with tested, naming the guy would literally do nothing to help the situation, as long as the people who need to know, i.e the people running the investigation etc etc know his name, why does the fucking public need to know.
