I don't know where to start with the criticism. It's just a doodle, anyone could do it. There's nothing special about it, it's not even colored in.

Quantity might have a quality of it's own, but you should really learn to draw realistic figures.

It would be good for a comic, but not really alone.
Point me at one guy who's on gamers formum and is not familiar with vault boy and it will find itself on a operational end of a broadside cannon.
I was just implying that your anatomy and proportion suck and you should really consult some tutorials from deviantart or drawspace.com, if you didn't get the hint.
