• Leeds Festival - Anyone going?

I shall be volunteering. 4 x 6 hour shifts, for a £200 deposit which I get back if I complete the shifts. Considering when I went to leeds the previous two times, I woke up at 5pm each day due to heavy nights previously, I can't see the shifts even being a bad thing. The sleep in til 5pm was only due to laziness and the real partying (from my POV) being later in the night. Easy man. Who's going? (Reading festival-goers, make your own thread please)
I'm not going :(
To be fair, this isn't so much about "lets discuss leeds, first, what is it", its more about people who are going, know what its about, and that want to get/share info. Sorry Richy.
I would like to go if just for Radiohead, maybe Arctics too, and that's about it. But no, I'm not :v: It's a pity too, because it's basically on my doorstep
Get the volunteer thing on the go. If its that much on your doorstep, its probably like just going to work for no way, but being paid in boozy nights and sick music.
I went to Fatboy Slim, Calvin Harris, Dizzee Rascal and David Guetta on Sunday in marlay park Dublin, was fucking amazing!
A bunch of my friends went to see Dizee Rascal and N-dubz at Leeds Party in the Park. For those of you wondering, Leeds is a city in Yorkshire, England. In terms of population, I think it's the 2nd largest district in Britain.
I was born in Leeds, and have kept the accent :v:, despite living in London.
