I wonder how he got such a nice leather wrapping on so fast at the end..
anyways I like the simple one, even though that beveling is pretty rad.
Well in Matts case he cheated a little. Since we already made Conner's hawk for Ubisoft , we had all the patterns and even the leather precut left over from the original build. Ilya Cheated using premade Damascus. Seems fair :D

If you notice the AC3 hawk is slightly different from the game it is because he used the pattern from before the game as actually released. Ubisoft changed the hawk design and we made the new style for them as well but Matt used the first prototype pattern.
