[t]http://imgkk.com/i/0aut.png[/t] http://yougov.co.uk/news/2014/09/17/americans-are-evenly-divided-scottish-independence/
Only half the American public is paying attention to Thursday's referendum on Scottish independence - so it's no surprise that Americans overall aren't sure what to think about the vote: they are evenly divided on whether Scotland should become independent or remain within the United Kingdom. But in the latest Economist/YouGov Poll, those who are paying attention hope Scotland remains part of the U.K.
Interesting: [t]http://imgkk.com/i/x1yd.png[/t] [t]http://imgkk.com/i/gydo.png[/t]
Oh Southerners, I see not much has changed.
Oh Southerners, I see not much has changed.
The fuck is that supposed to mean?
The fuck is that supposed to mean?
Some of the strongest support for state secession rights.
i like how the ones who actually read into it realize independence isn't an objectively good thing
[t]http://imgkk.com/i/gydo.png[/t]
hey woa guys, this is about scotland, you guys had your chance and it didn't go over too well
I was hoping for a good civil war but now we're doing this "democratically", fucking liberals.
I can't tell if you dumb or your post is a joke.
I can't tell if you dumb or your post is a joke.
you're*
you're*
Damnnnn boy You really showed him there
you're*
Question still stands.
I thought it was blatant sarcasm. If anyone is wondering, I'm voting no.
Question still stands.
Hint: It was obvious.
hey woa guys, this is about scotland, you guys had your chance and it didn't go over too well
The Majority voted no to Seceding, did you read the chart?
Oh Southerners, I see not much has changed.
Haha, all southerners are confederates, right? Like how all Germans are Nazis?
Haha, all southerners are confederates, right? Like how all Germans are Nazis?
yeah
Oh Southerners, I see not much has changed.
Southerners said they did not want a state to be able to leave the Union even if the majority of residents voted to leave, I would say that is a far cry from the South from way back.
Oh Southerners, I see not much has changed.
You do realize that the bulk of them still said no, right?
I'm pretty sure none of these numbers mean anything, Americans are extremely ignorant on the whole issue. I mean, shit, I'm majoring in political science and I don't know a damn thing about it.
I love how while this is bad, a Chinese TV show had people seriously asking why england won't invade them as if its a matter of fact
hope Scotland succeeds from UK.
[t]http://imgkk.com/i/gydo.png[/t]
Does conservative mean something completely different to these people or what? Because secession is a pretty fucking big change.
Does conservative mean something completely different to these people or what? Because secession is a pretty fucking big change.
In US Politics, independance is a conservative viewpoint.
Does conservative mean something completely different to these people or what? Because secession is a pretty fucking big change.
The political group called conservatives is not the same thing as the word "conservative" in the dictionary. The same goes for liberal.
Keep in mind no one in the US actually understands what's happening there, we only know when a country wants independence it's probably for a good reason
Keep in mind no one in the US actually understands what's happening there, we only know when a country wants independence it's probably for a good reason
Not really a country if you want independence.
Keep in mind no one in the US actually understands what's happening there, we only know when a country wants independence it's probably for a good reason
What, like Eastern Ukraine?
i like how the ones who actually read into it realize independence isn't an objectively good thing
Allowing people to vote on their independence is always a good thing though imo.
