According to the arrest warrant from Livingston Parish, Kristafor is accused of hitting a 9-year-old with a leather belt on the child's lower, right thigh. Reports say there was a large bruise on the child's thigh and buttocks area. Ford was arrested Friday afternoon and charged with cruelty to a juvenile. Stephanie Hayden was arrested Friday and charged with principal to cruelty to a juvenile because she was allegedly in the room when the incident happened.
Source Things aren't going well for this family are they
they look like the kind of people who would do that
Things aren't going well for this family are they
It is not like they dont deserve it
It is not like they dont deserve it
They really do deserve it, it's funny how different these people are off camera, Will especially.
It went from rape accusations to this?! How deep does the rabbit hole go?
holy fuck, stephanie looks like shit
I hope I'm not playing devil's advocate here, but the way they worded this makes it sound like corporal punishment?
I hope I'm not playing devil's advocate here, but the way they worded this makes it sound like corporal punishment?
Yeah, that's what I'm inclined to believe as well, considering spankings with a belt is actually a very common punishment down here.
I hope I'm not playing devil's advocate here, but the way they worded this makes it sound like corporal punishment?
That doesn't make it ok. Smacking your child with a belt is disgusting and does literally nothing to help them be "disciplined".
Arrested for hitting a kid with a belt? Oh, ok.
holy fuck, stephanie looks like shit
astonishing what makeup and lighting can do
Arrested for hitting a kid with a belt? Oh, ok.
are you acting like striking a child is somehow acceptable?
I was spanked with a belt a few times as a kid. That shit makes you remember, and not do whatever dumb shit you did. But on the other hand, he apparently went too far if he left bruises.
are you acting like striking a child is somehow acceptable?
Depends on the situation, I never fucked up enough to get the belt as a kid, but my brother did. He never got the belt again. I agree you should never hit a small child though.
I always got a sharp backhand when getting punished (still do at times :v:), my parents never would use a belt, to quote my dad he states it's just barbaric and damaging.
I was raised with a fairly light touch- throughout my childhood I was only really shouted at a few dozen times, and never hit once- and as a result, I'm massively affected by anybody who shouts, even if they're not shouting at me and even if I don't know them. I might be an anomaly, but in case that is the logic which rings true then the harder you hit kids, the more rebellious they're going to be.
Arrested for hitting a kid with a belt? Oh, ok.
if i go hitting a full grown adult with a belt it's clearly assault, but if i do it to a god damn 9 year old child it's okay?
if i go hitting a full grown adult with a belt it's clearly assault, but if i do it to a god damn 9 year old child it's okay?
If you lock a full grown adult in their room and only let them out to use the bathroom and eat it's clearly kidnapping, but if I do it to a god damn 9 year old child it's ok???
my father did this when i was little and not only that but hand crafted a paddle with holes and black tape, i would appear at school with big ass bruises and some hair missing from being ripped out. I hated life as a child i really did which led me to be suicidal and severely depressed because all i could think about was going home from school and how much of a nightmare it was, i tried running away at 8 years old but that failed as the cops found me and returned me home in which i got an even worse ass beating and locked up in my room (i was allowed out only to go to school and as soon as i got home was locked back into my room until the next day, this persisted for an entire week straight) So my honest thoughts on this is good. Fuck those that use things such as belts. There are other ways of dealing with it than to senselessly beat their child with a object. I'm older now and yeah i'm over it now but i have PTSD from the experience as a child. Sorry for the long ass story but my main point i have an extreme disagreement with this type of punishment, due to the experience i had when i was younger. Now not everyone thinks the same I understand that so i'm sure there are those that would disagree with my opinion.
holy fuck, stephanie looks like shit
She must have used some special gunpowder-based formula in the show for makeup.
striking kids only teaches them to fear retaliation not empathy
if i go hitting a full grown adult with a belt it's clearly assault, but if i do it to a god damn 9 year old child it's okay?
Asian cultures, yes. When I told my mum I had bad results for my grades (doesn't matter if I got an A or a good grade, as long as it didn't match her requirements) or when I told her I didn't want to be a doctor (ya, it sounds stereotypical) she'll hit me with the belt. Or kick me out of the house, when I was 6.
holy fuck, stephanie looks like shit
It would not surprise me if she was on crack, at her age usually (but not always) big spots like that are usually caused from high class drugs
Wow, use to love this show :P
TV/Movie makeup does miracles
most parents probably have their hearts in the right place but regularly hitting someone who's much weaker and smaller than you are is still downright abusive, no matter the context. at best it's a severely unbalanced position of power with incredibly easy potential for abuse and perversion. having that superior position over someone obligates you to not use violence against them, which is both something every parent should know and something every parent should teach [editline]25th October[/editline] i mean whether you think you're abusing your kids or not is irrelevant if you're still abusing your power over them. the image of a grown man slapping a kid three feet and over a hundred pounds smaller than him is inherently disgusting
Nothing will ever beat Gunny's show
I don't think its ok to hit children no matter how hard or what you hit them with.
I hope I'm not playing devil's advocate here, but the way they worded this makes it sound like corporal punishment?
Will smacked the kid on the butt with a belt, probably just spanking him. He just hit hard enough that it bruised the kid. Which I guess makes it illegal.
Wow, you know. I used to watch the show off and on, and they didn't seem like horrible people. But all this shit is slowly spooling out and it is just making them look like a bunch of assholes.
