But the lineup, including Hitler apologists, Holocaust deniers, apartheid fans, and a Russian skinhead who once decapitated a puppy as a publicity stunt, gave it an air of dark surrealism. Speakers condemned the U.S. as the enslaver of Europe and sang the praises of Russian President Vladimir Putin, holding up Russia as the last fortress of Christendom in the war waged on it by liberalism and multiculturalism. “In the West, we are brainwashed to hate Vladimir Putin,” said British anti-abortion-rights campaigner Jim Dowson. He went on to say that Russia is blessed to be ruled by “a real man” while the U.S. is led by the “feminized” Barack Obama. Roberto Fiore of Italy’s Forza Nuova said that as a Roman he saw Russia as the Third Rome, which inherited the Roman imperial crown by way of Byzantium. He said Russia was uniting Europe “against liberalism and Islamic fundamentalism” and that it was about to usher in a revolution “that would change Europe’s history.” The Russian organizer, Fyodor Biryukov of the Rodina party, agreed. He said the forum heralded the start of a new “conservative revolution against a few hundred families that possess the world.” Rodina was founded by the Russian defense industry czar, Vice Premier Dmitry Rogozin, who chose not to participate or comment on the forum.
http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-32009360
Some 150 representatives of far-right parties across Europe have been meeting in Russia to co-ordinate policy. The event in St Petersburg, organised by the pro-Kremlin Rodina party, heard strong criticism of the West's support for the Ukrainian government. Those attending included the ousted leader of the British National Party, Nick Griffin, Udo Voigt from the German neo-Nazi NPD, and Greece's Golden Dawn. A small anti-fascist protest outside the venue was dispersed by police.
Lol, it's basically just a collection of cunts.
a Russian skinhead who once decapitated a puppy as a publicity stunt
is this a cartoon
Shit there must be lots of banned fp users there
And then these fucking hypocrites tell everyone about "sacred victory" and shit. And how Ukrainians are fascists. Yeah right. I don't even live in St.Petersburg and I feel dirty.
is this a cartoon
No, I've actually seen it...
But Russia's favourite thing to call their opponents is fascists so are they going to commend it or not if these fine apples start sparking trouble in Europe?
But Russia's favourite thing to call their opponents is fascists so are they going to commend it or not if these fine apples start sparking trouble in Europe?
They like calling their enemies fascists, they don't have any problem with actual fascists though.
This is also relevant I think: Russia funds French National Front: is Moscow sowing European unrest? http://www.theweek.co.uk/europe/61498/russia-funds-french-national-front-is-moscow-sowing-european-unrest This is kinda scary to be honest.
I guess Fascism is making a come back...
wtf is wrong with russia
wtf is wrong with russia
Its Russia.
wtf is wrong with russia
Putin

[editline]26 March 2015[/editline] I wonder if Le Pen genuinely supports Putin and Russia, or if she's only expressing her support for them because she's been paid to and wants to keep them as a source of party funding... or what the deal is. Fucking politics. It's a confusing tangle of underhanded plans and personal conspiracies, and it gives me the shits.
So this is like the anti-COMINTERN?
wtf is wrong with russia
This is how countries are.
And then these fucking hypocrites tell everyone about "sacred victory" and shit. And how Ukrainians are fascists. Yeah right. Wait, are they actually inviting communists? Because Neo-Nazis and Neo-Stalinists will not get on.
I guess Fascism is making a come back...
Funnily enough IIRC that was/is expected to happen due to a "bounceback" of the Left that has been popular in Europe for the past few years.
Why does Russia seem to have such a friendly relationship with Nazis now? They didn't exactly get off on the right foot. There are actual gangs of neo-Nazis roaming around beating up gay people and foreigners and the cops just look the other way.
This is the comic book equivalent of the main antagonist inviting the world's super villains to one place to scheme how to take over the world
This is the comic book equivalent of the main antagonist inviting the world's super villains to one place to scheme how to take over the world
Holy shit. Putin's trying to start the Legion of Doom.
Wait, are they actually inviting communists? Because Neo-Nazis and Neo-Stalinists will not get on.
Communism and fascism are pretty much the same thing so why not
The articles doesn't mention communists as far as I can see.
I take it Ukrainian far right groups like Pravyy Sektor weren't invited and aren't being considered true fascists by the rest of the fascist club
The articles doesn't mention communists as far as I can see.
Actually yeah, when I read through it the first time I swore I read something about some being in attendance but I can't find it. Whoops. Edit: On a second reading and some googleing, there was a member of the European Communist party Millennium in attendance here, Horatio Maria Guerre.
Wait, are they actually inviting communists? Because Neo-Nazis and Neo-Stalinists will not get on.
Can I get popcorn for when they try to murder each other?
Comrade Stalin would be turning in his grave
Guess we all know what they brought to drink.
