I don't think he did his research on the French National Front.

Many eurosceptic parties that gained this year aren't just nice proud people that want their soveignty back, but xenophobic, homophobic, even racist people.
The video uses a clip of Farage to say that UKIP aren't anything more than an anti-EU party, but you don't vote for Farage. You vote for UKIP as a whole. More accurately, you vote for the MEPs for that party in your region. And many of those candidates are the ones with very questionable views, mostly unrelated to party policy. I mean, I would support reform in the EU to give some more power back to the member states. But the knee-jerk reaction to vote UKIP is very short sighted.
Does it matter as long as they support party policy?
Why wouldn't it? There's kind of a difference between "UKIP MEP" and "UKIP MEP who's also anti-gay rights and a climate change sceptic."
Following accusations of homophobia made in the press, UKIP leader Nigel Farage confirmed that Roger Helmer, who had grown up with a strictly Christian upbringing, has since relaxed his views on homosexuality; "Roger Helmer is fighting this by-election for us; he's somebody of 70 years of age who grew up with a strong Christian Bible background. He grew up in an age when homosexuality was actually imprisonable, and he had a certain set of views which he maintained for many years which he now says he accepts the world's moved on and he's relaxed about."
He's an experienced politician and UKIP can't afford to be picky in this critical stage. I don't mind a climate change sceptic or two.

Similair thing happened in germany with right wing nuts riding the euro-scepticism train.
