The best way to take out enemy hard targets is by flying full mohawks into them suicide bombing them. The extra mass given to you by all the bodies on board will let you defeat enemy armor with ease.
These videos should come with a disclaimer: "This is not how it will play out in practice. Your chopper pilot will suck. Your gunner will be trigger happy. Your squad leads will not know what 'LZ' stands for. You will always accidentally leave a guy behind when taking off." You could just join FPARMA on weekends

United Operations the ArmA 2 community holds ArmA 3 events like every weekend. Eventually they'll full switch over to ArmA 3 will the content is of higher quality and quantity.
Thing with UO is, also being a public server, you often fall victim to a lot of bad practices by passengers and other pilots as mentioned in the video - Jumping out early, poor planning, bad comms etc. An example being; one mission on Lingor was a CSAR in Vietnam setting, and I was flight lead of 4 Hueys. I made it very clear in the briefing that we were to stay very low above the trees, move slow unless taking fire and staying well away from the AAA. 5 minutes after entering the AO, I see one of the Hueys flying at 300kp/h at like 150/200m altitude, very close to that AAA. He took a long burst, could've easily autorotated too but failed to. A second helicopter got shot down in similar circumstances. Me and the other pilot, who were actually competent, took negligible fire from that AAA position The ground element we were meant to be rescuing got themselves killed by trying to assault that AAA position which was guarded by a shitload of infantry, not to mention the ZPU its self. This is why I want to be in ST, wouldn't have to deal with retards like that.
