Maybe someone at Youtube is also tired of Konami's bullshit.
I love the idea of a rich Japanese businessman getting super salty and issuing a DMCA takedown.
So I've noticed something; the CEO, and founder of Konami, mentioned in the first video was Kagemasa Kōzuki, and it already goes over his ties to gambling and all. Now today with the mobile phone announcement, there's suddenly a 'new' CEO, Hideki Hayakawa. I doubt the latter replaced the former because there would've been far more news about it, so can anyone clear up the info there? And I doubt a guy pushing the company towards mobile gaming would reinstate Kojima anyway, even if he was in charge.
