I thought the middle 2 were some sort of crystal, nice photos. The first one seems a little weird though, no idea why.
I like the bulk of your photos in here. Perhaps the given lighting could have been taken advantage of better but I wouldn't know because I wasn't there. Maybe if you take some shots of the flowing water while dragging the shutter it will look nice. Practice on your focusing onto the water in the close ups, although I can imagine it might be easier said than done. Keep it up.
It just looks like a bit of rain that you photographed, personally I think you should have gone for a larger look / wideangle shot of the area, to show the affliction of the water upon the environment, etc as I feel this would have emphasized the flood and thus the pictures would be impressionable and easier interpreted. It looks like you just took some pictures of puddles, in all honesty.
Very clear good photos.
I liked 2nd to last but the others I think could have done with a longer shutter speed just to show the movement of the water.
