Im currently making a film for a project in my film studies class. Its in Film Noir style. im desperatly trying to find a good website that i can get a few good sound effects from for free? if anyone could reccomend one that would be great.
also im in need of some Film Noir style music, if anyones a bit more familiar with what tracks i should be looking at for this film style id love them forever.

You could always use the Max Payne-theme. It's quite good.
There is always freesounds.com, and if you have a source game on your computer you can use sounds from that.

Well if you're really into film just be your own foley artist, find shit and clang it together, I made a sweet coin sound by just switching a pile of coins from one hand to another, sounded like bottle caps in fallout 3 and gold in diablo.
