Hello,
Recently, my Youtube channel of 10 years & 21k subscribers was deleted from Youtube. Ive been in the process of launching a new Youtube channel, and rehosting my website.
I've created work primarily in Fallout 3, New Vegas, and recently tried my hand at Fallout 4. With more content coming in the near future, and with my recent Youtube account termination, I felt the need to post here so hopefully my videos can be found again by some of my old viewers.
You can find most of my content republished through the following link; Drakortha - YouTube
And my website is a good place for updates; https://drakortha.info/
Thank you for reading :smile:

Why was your channel taken down? Typical youtube shenanigans? DC Chronicles fan and longtime ancient world player also, sorry to hear this.

My google account was hacked not too long ago, paypal was accessed and funds taken and with that my gmail inboxes were wiped and my Youtube channel. Pretty much anything that could be breached through google, was. And was shut down.

With several projects in the works, we’ve taken the opportunity to set up Basecamp as our new headquarters for creating content. How does this work? It’s simple & pretty awesome!
Our Basecamp is a place where all our active actors, designers, and modders will be able to easily contribute to an ongoing project, pooling it all together to one place.

Final cut version;

This is the final cut edition of 'The Return'. The changes are relatively minor, but were needed. Here is the list of changes in this final cut version:
-Enhanced the picture detail
-Increased the framerate from 30 to 60.
-Replaced many shots during Andrew's return to his vault where he was not wearing his backpack!
-Many small fixes to animations, sound effect placement, and camera movements.
-Fixed numerous inconsistencies.
-Increased the framerate from 30 to 60.
But why though
But why though
Do you think 60fps looks less cinematic and more gamey?
Do you think 60fps looks less cinematic and more gamey?
It does. 24FPS is the cinematic standard, as it should be. 48FPS+ flopped in cinemas for a reason - it looks terrible.
It's kind of a self-perpetuating thing though, isn't it? It only looks terrible because we're not used to it, so it never becomes the standard and then younger people get used to it and etc...

Nobody ever gave me a legitimate argument other than "it just looks bad" which I don't disagree with but I think we're all very biased.

Like I think game trailers and cutscenes look way better in 60fps.

Game stuff looks better in 60fps because it's either representing or is spliced into gameplay. Some games actually do the thing where the framerate gets capped lower when in cutscenes and that often looks pretty jarring when transitioning into gameplay. Movies are a different thing, they've always been 24 FPS and they work perfectly at the framerate and changing it has no positive effect.
Creating Fallout 3 Machinima Part 1 (DC Chronicles)
Hello everyone!
Below is a preview of our new episode for DC Chronicles Season 2. There’s a lot of work to be done before completion, and we’ve set the bar for quality very high. This short scene 1 minute in length takes close to 15 hours work from concept, building, recording, then editing and polishing. Below is also some screenshots of our builds and shots!

The Mojave Movie | Directors Cut
In response to copyright claims on the music in the original version, I’ve whipped up this directors cut with additional improvements. Here is the list of changes in this directors cut version;
-Added a title splash screen at the beginning of the video.
-Removed the distracting “www.drakortha.info” watermark.
-Fixed the squashed image. The Aspect ratio is now repaired!
-Replaced the copyrighted tracks with royalty free music. It ain’t bad though!

This is from a while ago, but I gotta say you're wrong. There are Youtube channels that film in 60fps and it looks amazing.
