Earlier I toked up just outside my bathroom in a little enclosure and I guess I left my pack of blunt papers and lighter on the counter, cause i was cleaning my box so it wouldnt smell. My sister said my mom found it, but no confrontation yet. What should I expect? What should I say?
I don't smoke cigs, I just had the papers for a blunt, cause my friend wanted me to practice.

I live by three words: Deny, Deny, Deny. I don't give a shit if she catches you smoking a blunt in person. You fucking deny it. If she says something like oh you smoke you say, "nay a friend asked me to hold it for a bit and forgot em."
All you have to do is say no or I don't know what the fuck your talking about, but not in an asshole way and you'll be fine

I was in the same situation as you were but my mom was coming over to my friends to pick me up and earlier that day as well as last night we smoked some really dank shit and she smelt it on me as soon as I got in the car. She simply turned to me and said "You smell like pot" in which I responded with "Fuck" because I was still blazed. Once I was sober she just came up to me and said "That's bad - just don't do cocaine."
If your mom has any sense in her, she'll understand that you were BOUND to experiment sooner or later in your teens. Instead of ground you or scold you, whatever, she should just talk to you about not over doing it and to be careful.
My dad (who I think is a hyprocrite, found a foil pipe last year as well as hearing some things about him doing it before) is a little more strict, I told him I smoked before and he said he didnt like me doing it cause it was illegal but if she tells him it wil be a little more uneasy. My mom is more lenient and protective over me so she will either keep quiet or tell my dad to talk with me. I just want to keep toking in my privacy even though there was a small mistake.
Well, you fucked up but it's something you can't control. No matter how well you hide your shit, they'll come across it eventually and when they do they'll want a straight answer, no bullshit excuses that you were holding it for someone - which they know is a blatant lie. Your dad will just be more pissed if you don't tell him the truth. If you don't confess when they ask, they'll watch your every move to prove that you DO smoke so make it easier on yourself and spill the beans.
So if confrontation comes up, just say I do it occasionally and personally in my privacy to relieve stress and use it to my leisure. That I don't keep it in the house, nor smoke it inside. Then if they say DRUGS R BAD give my facts on why weed isnt bad...

The easiest response is to say you were experimenting and that you won't do cocaine or any other hardcore drugs. Don't ever argue with them over the fact that it may or may not be bad, it'll only make the hole deeper for you because you can't win against them. If they give you a lecture, just nod your head.

Parents hate to be educated by a kid that knows the facts. Trust me. Say like above. You tried it and you don't like it and will never doing it again.

As of recently he asked me again, (a second time I was caught and he was furious.) and I told him I did occasionally, and he laid off.
Now as far as other drugs go, my mom found out I had taken shrooms a few times which she hates, and did absolutely nothing, which I have no idea why.
So anyhow, my best advice is to not lie. If she tells you she knows that it's weed, theres no way out. While on the other hand if she asks you what that is, tell her cigarillos, you don't have to take the topic to weed.

News update: So I walked into the bathroom to take a shower and the dvd case I keep my weed in was sitting on the bathroom counter, just sitting there... My cigarillo papers are gone and I just realized I have both lighters so just cigarillos are gone. I'm not sure if my mom opened the case or not but it was just sitting there where I left it.

is you're weed intact?? and is in a accessible location of your knowing??!!
If she didn't see the weed, you're fine. Just tell her you were experimenting with your friend's cigarillos and that you don't like them.
