I am seriously amazed by the amount of money they pour in marketing.
If you went to Gamescom you would know, War Thunder bill boards and all that were EVERYWHERE.
I can only hope that when they introduce the other 2 sides to the game, that battles with all 3 military forces will be something like that in the trailer.
They're definitely going to need to attract a lot of new blood into this game when they add tanks, otherwise they'll just splinter their community.

About damn time, they went for the longest time without any ads targeted at the Western market, period.
I know it sounds ridiculous, but this video made me cry.
It made me cry because I was just sitting here getting angry at the fact that I was just pulled over and received a ticket that I probably won't be able to pay for, and at some point there were courageous soldiers fighting and dying for something they believed in...and i'm sitting here angry at a traffic ticket
Makes you think man, how easy most of our lives really are, and gives me perspective on how you really shouldn't sweat the small stuff because someone out there is getting by better than me with even more problems.

cool video but assuming that battleship is the Tirpitz with 15 in. cannons (or hell, any german battleship for that matter, fictional or not), the crew would be torn apart by the shockwave of the cannons if they are on the deck. naval personnel were sealed inside their quarters otherwise pressure shifts would cause internal compartment damage, too

I've been playing War Thunder for a while now, and it runs quite well on my piece of shit 2008 PC with the "movie" settings. Not to mention historical battles can be intense if you know what you're doing, if not, arcade is also quite fun.
