wow holy shit that was really cool
At first I thought it was gonna be shit, but watching it totally brought me back to the Pre-SFM era where everyone used stopmotion Gmod videos.
Good times.
In Youtube I saw a lot of "movies" made with Garrys Mod(but all the videos gave me AIDS)but this was an exception.
Who made this: :goodjob:

Is that a good thing thought? I don't wanna be brought back to a time where most animations were using ugly maps, ugly models, ugly skins, had pretty much no lighting at all and the animation was choppy as hell since that's all you could really do. If this was made like 10 years ago then yeah it'd be impressive, but not now. Stuff like SFM and there just generally being way more high quality maps and models available makes it way easier to make stuff that's properly high quality. I don't really see anything good about just completely ignoring all those years of progress. I'd be like making a movie using a camera from the 1920s, yeah it might be kinda cool but there's no reason at all to go back to that.
I'll echo everyone else and say this was pretty sweet.
[sp]though when that dude pulled the grenade out, I expected it to immediately turn into an ALLAHU ACKBAR meme[/sp]

Stop motion still requires a lot of effort.
It's okay.

Yeah and animating in SFM or using any of those GMOD animation tools is much easier and provides much better results.

That's not really the same thing.
You might as well tell people using claymation to switch to CGI.
That's completely different, you're talking about 2 completely different styles of animation that make use of different techniques, different parts and have a completely different outcome.
Gotta love 'em stopmotion Gmod videos. I wish there were more.
