meh perspectives are all messed up, faces are one topic you're not good at at all, your knowledge of anatomy is also lacking. And you have lot of consistancy errors like character looks and such plus you don't know anything about firearms or them working.

The barrel is connected to the cylinders centre axis, making the gun essentially a grenade when the trigger is pulled.
