They made the chemical that killed the rabbit in front of the camera, and it looked like it had a massive concentration. They could just be trying to build up as much tension as possible without actually doing anything but killing a few people at the most.

That's why they're making so much headway in Syria despite being a fraction of the size of the FSA. The FSA is largely random people with guns whereas AQ has been around for decades and its members know what they are doing.

As bad as Assad is, "this is what happens to the enemies of Allah" doesn't make it sound like the rebels are much better.
