Well having talked to alot of them in person, unlike most of you it seems; No.
They typically have other reasons than race they perceive like increased job security, stopping crimes, and curbing the amount of illegals in the country.
None of those are inherently racist reasons.
It weirds me out when people freak out that white people won't be the majority anymore in like 2040 or whatever. I can't think of many not-racist reasons to freak out that America won't be dominated by white people.

Because I think you will find that the motivation of stopping immigration for racial reasons is actually quite low. There are legit concerns people truly have and Obama's statement here is instead tackling this idea that so many Trump supporters must be scared of no longer having a white country or something.
