And that picture of it has stealth in it. Last time I checked getting even within 50m of an enemy gives them an instant lock onto you. :colbert:
But Citizen Kabuto is awesome! I remember playing the demo for it when I was young and it was a blast! :buddy:

I think it had some fantastic environments in there.
Where's The Elder Scrolls :saddowns:
I've never heard of Pathologic before. It seems interesting, the picture is really weird and the story seems cool.
Oh gosh, Baldur’s Gate 1 & 2, I remember owning both of them for the PS2, and playing CO-OP with my dad. Oh man, oh man, I have to go find these and play them with my dad again.
Glad to see that Mechwarrior got on the list.
The list explains alot. Not really, but it is useful
This made me remember to question why the hell the industry hasn't made a new game in the SWAT series yet. SWAT 4 was brilliant!
I remember endless hours of fun in multiplayer Giants: Citizen Kabuto with friends.

I need to try Pathologic but seeing the list they like to make out more of games than they are.

how can people disagree with this

I personally had a pretty good time playing the singleplayer on the hardest difficulty. The map editor made multiplayer pretty interesting. It might've been disapointing because it was labelled as far cry, but In comparison to many other games it wasn't that awful.
I also thought Uplink was real when I first played it :v:
It was so fucking exciting and terrifying at the same time... ahaha
how can people disagree with this
Because people have different opinion then you, an absurd concept I know.
Uplink still is one of my favourite games of all-time. I simply loved the "Oh god did I erase all the logs? Oh shit oh shit they're going to get me" moments.

It was disappointing because it was one of the most boring and repetitive experiences of all time: every single mission was the same task over and over again; the AI had the subtlety of a bear; all of the story characters were uninteresting and had terrible voice work; and the multiplayer had very little going for it. There were some fun gameplay elements but they were completely overshadowed by the game's production values.
Uplink is brilliant, I still play it quite often.
It's a pity most mods are incompatible with the Steam version.
Far Cry 2 was important because it showed that an ambitious game could be COMPLETELY DESTROYED by terrible oversights (driving, everyone wanting to kill you at all times, stealth not working at all).
What about oddworld?
Fuck yes Jagged Alliance 2 is the best game ever.
Would that work?” In short, the answer was “No, not really,” but dammit these guys tried.
Screw you this game was amazingly fun.
Pathologic sounds awesome, has anyone played it before?
No Sims?
No Deus Ex, Elder Scrolls, or Starcraft 1 so far, and yet they put up Far Cry 2 :smith:
No Dune :smith:
Part 3/5 people. Don't get your knickers in a twist just yet.
Pathologic sounds awesome, has anyone played it before?
I played it a while ago. It was a bit difficult to grasp at first. And it really is as different as the article mentions.
Big rigs should be on the list
Most of these games aren't important, they are just good.
He needs to read a dictionary.
I didn't know Pathologic was made by the same studio that made The Void. I have to get it, because The Void is probably the most atmospheric and interesting game I've ever played.
I know this is only 3/5. But dang where is Diablo/Diablo 2. I thought they would have been on one of the first lists.
