holy shit this is so cute
if you think thats cute, read the description of the video and his two comments below it.
This is something id listen to regularly tbh, great song.
If you guys like this kinda thing, look up Filk music. Its folk music based on fantasy and scifi. A good starting point is Bill Sutton's album Past Due. Here's an example

Ranging from real world ballads of the space race to something straight out of Firefly like this gem:
The guy's grandson shared it on r/fallout, that's sweet
What is this style of music? I'd like to get some on a playlist

It seems like thats what I've been always looking for in songs I guess. Thanks a lot!
I am super digging this aesthetic. It evokes the image of a gutted car chassis tied to a brahmin being towed across the desolate American wasteland as a man plucks the strings of his improvised guitar towards an orange setting sun.
This is awesome. One of my biggest gripes with the modern Fallouts is that very few people make music anymore. You had that entire quest with the Lonesome Drifter in FNV and the fact his original songs aren't added to Radio New Vegas when you finish it is criminal.

I've always preferred this rendition though

On other good filk songs, I recommend some of the Minus 10 And Counting songs by Leslie Fish: Also this one is pretty good story wise (initially the singer's voice was a bit irritating to me but it grew on me with time):
Wow filk music could be incredible in a scifi thing with that really cool aesthetic from Treasure Planet
This is amazing.
Wow, so much of the stuff in this thread is super neat. I can't help but think of this the entire time I'm watching the first guy though I really feared looking in the comment section as a result. Fortunately I was pleasantly surprised.
Just an update: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LYSkceX8gPg h
