Why the fuck would he need a cloak if he's wearing that armor

Okay, uh, why would the Chief eed a ragged cloak when he's inside a suit of fully enclosed power armour with high grade air filters? Also, did they borrow the sound effects department from Mass Effect for that robot... Butterfly? Because it made all the same "Bwrrrrr" sounds

For the first time, since the announcement of halo 2 in 2004, i have never been less interested in halo after all that has happened. Thanks Microsoft, you've ruined a franchise i've enjoyed since my early childhood.
