Playing a Pirate! - General

What good games do you guys know of that the game is based on playing as a pirate? It can be where you play first-person or where you control the entire crew like an rpg. Bad Examples: Pirate of the Carribean, PVK, etc etc needs to focus on pirates not just have them. Pirating games doesn't make you a pirate.

I played Pirates of the Burning Sea for a month, didn't feel like playing the $20 a month but it seemed alright. It's probably either better now, or dead. Actually now that I recall the most fun I had in that game was having a competition with my mate to see how many Jack Sparrows we could spot. Jack Sparrrow, Jaek Sparrow, Jack Spearow... it just went on.

When the full game came out someone took the name before I could, my guild ended up abusing him thinking he was me. :v:

You can be a pirate in Oblivion, and with that pirate cove addon you can command a pirate crew.
