I have ordered like 3 pipes and 4 bongs from there. All came, all were legit. 1 time I got a bong that had a mis-matched (color) bowl and they were out of stock of any others, so they sent me 2 free pipes.

I bought my friend a really nice, thick glassed awesome bong from the local smokeshop as a parting gift, it came with one of those glass bowls, it hits nicer with a glass bowl, but the stem broke after about 5 days.

A local headshop around here called Herb'N Legend, it's a Chameleon Glass pipe, though.
Mine:
"Loretta" (small bubbler). "Peter's Bong" (large ass bong that one of my best friends gave me before he moved to Texas). Always rips me high as fuck.
Friends:
"Toasty" & "Frosty" (R.I.P.) which are my friends bongs. Frosty got shattered due to my friends dumbass brother who was trying to wash the sticky Amp energy drink out of it and forgot that a cold material when suddenly placed under hot water will expand.
"Pipey" got arrested. So I guess he's doing hard time or in a trash bin outside of the police department right now. (friend got arrested and had it confiscated):(
My various friends have a shitload more, but I don't think any of them have names.
