My critique would be that a few parts were sharp and couple that were flat, but not too many. The quality with the guitar, vocals, and pad sounds great! Although, the rhythmic part seemed a little off, maybe try some pocketing, if you know how to do that And the rhythm needed a little better EQ it wasn't very audible. The vocal melodies were really nice as well. I'd bring up the main vocal track a little in the mix. At first I thought the guitar didn't sound very full, but in actuality it's very similar to the song in the original song.
Overall it was a great job! You made the song your own and it's evident you put a lot of time into it.
