So this is like the first anime I've ever been able to actually watch (although that stupid kid going nya all the time needs to go) and it's p good. But who's the voice actor for Electra? Sounds very very familiar.

Myeh, personally I love the Bebop dub. Granted I don't really like subs because I find them distracting but still. The voices are basically perfect.

Electra is [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jennifer_Hale]Jennifer Hale[/url], who's been in a lot of stuff. So yeah, you probably do recognize her voice.
And Edward is a bit obnoxious, yeah. But if you watch the series you'll come to love her. She's also just an integral part of the equation... basically the comic relief to the rest of the crew's often-grim seriousness.

why would you watch a 1080p version of something that wasn't even produced in 720p?
I can understand those Bluray remasters or whatever but it's pointless to use the extra bandwidth when it isn't going to look any sharper

The movie was made for theaters, the blu-ray isn't an upscale.
