The only thing I grabbed was a barf bag. He obviously missed the point adam was making.

seriously, why the fuck do you expect us to watch a 36 minute video based on an episode of a tv show which isn't even that long?
Just finished the video. He makes some good points but it's so drawn out and ignores a lot of the points of the original video. That said the Adam Ruins Videogames episode was fucking garbage and people were ripping it to shreds when it was posted here too.
Too bad he didn't take a more measured approach to trying to refute the claims of the Adam Ruins Everything video. Pointing out how America isn't the entire world and the Videogame Crash of 1983 was a purely American phenomenon would be a good start.

This guy is the type that'll find something that'll be hot for 2 minutes, ride the waves to get some views. His viewer base will celebrate him for it because the only people that sub to him are the people that like that sort of thing. If you look over his channel you'll find the more 'controversial' issues (i.e cracked is anti gamer, SJWs, Safe Spaces) his videos are the longer they'll be, because gotta get that sweet view time in, couldn't make a more concise video because that'd mean less money.

You do realize that none of his videos has monetization/ads right?

Ignore me then, I was wrong. In which case I have no idea why he makes his videos as long as they, they sure as shit don't need to be.

its called mindless rambling, probably without a real 'script'

Yeah, I don't get this. I guess actually trying with your script is a bad idea, if TotalBiscuit can get away with it I don't see why this guy shouldn't.
Rags is hit or miss usually. Some of his videos are spot on while others are absolute tosh. In this case, it's somewhere in the center however.

It could be worse. Someone could make a video about this 36 minute video but turn it into a 1 hour rant.
I hate these kind of channels they just have pointless talk for over 30 mins which could have been said in maybe 5-15 minutes. Also always these weird animal avatars as their speakers or what ever.

Kind of why I subbed to him and then subsequently unsubbed. Nothing against the guy but half his videos are great and the other half are terrible and I can't stand that kind of shift in quality so often.
Unless the video in question is particularly informative I don't think these "rant" videos are fit to be posted on FP. It depends WAAAAY too much on the viewer already liking the personality of the creator to appeal to a lot of people.

And moreover, they're just a dime a dozen. A mildly successful youtube ranting channel using an anthro avatar is basically created every hour. Most without any particular credentials or anything interesting to say, even if they can produce some decently written stuff occasionally.
I mean just looking at his list of videos, it's 100% what I expected.
