Conspiracy Theorists are harassing somebody I know - General

Facepunch, for once I need your help. [url]http://labvirus.wordpress.com/2009/08/13/janes-photo-and-more-comments-from-elizabeth-book[/url] The person on the picture is a person I know, and those conspiracy theorists are now harassing her claiming that that is the picture of some evil person they thought up with their conspiracy theories. She is not Jane Burgmeister or anything, she's just a person who also lives in the Netherlands and me. We can't do much however as the blogger is American and we're Europeans. We've sent a Cease & Desist, we've called a lawyer ( who hasn't called back yet ). He edited his blog post saying that people who emailed him that she is Farida Gillot, which is in fact her true identity as that was our email. Yet according to his "sources" and "investigative team" she is supposed to be Jane Burgmeister, which is some weird conspiracy theory. They've also made a wikipedia page but in the discussion they already want to delete it as it's just a conspiracy theory. They also have edited their blog saying "Farida Gillot" is a false persona, which is just complete nonsense. She has many profiles if you google here name. [b]Please FP, help me get rid of these patriotic conspiracy theory nutjobs[/b] I'm saying "we" here but I have done nothing I mentioned here, I just can't disclose any more information other than I know her. She's been invaded in her privacy enough already by these faggot conspiracy theorists. This isn't a joke thread, it's a serious matter
