Are the lane markings before the roundabout normal? (around 2 minute mark) I mean I don't drive what it seems pretty goddamn confusing and counter-intuitive to me.

Am I mistaken or is 1:03 actually the dashcam guy's fault? I'd guess that if he wanted to take the turn to the left he should have been on the left lane and not the right one.

So the dashcam guy is in the wrong here. I get a lot of this shit when I take the roundabout near my home. It has 3 lanes so it's always a mess. People usually try to cut in front of me when they want to exit and obviously, they honk like fucking idiots when they fail to do so.

I know I've done dumb shit while driving but some of these really take the cake, holy shit. Like that truck at 3:05, wow.

The guy in the video was in the outside lane and went right past the first and second exits going for the third, which is just not how it's done, while dashcam guy was trying to make a perfectly normal inside lane second exit. [editline]e[/editline] Even with more complicated roundabouts, the rule of outside lane = must take first or second exit is generally standard.

Complicated roundabouts must be a hoot to watch. Only one I encounter is one lane, you merge on and merge back off again at whatever exit you need. Seems to flow smoothly enough. I feel a lot of the bad drivers are older people who got their licence when it was easier. Took me quite a few tries to get mine but when I was trying for it a lot of my older family members talked about how they just had to drive around the block without killing anyone to get theirs.

They're both in separate lanes and the road continues on the same way on the other side of the roundabout. The car on the left is making an illegal turn and cutting across his lane.
