As for the video, without understanding the words, it honestly seems pretty generic. But it's still decent.
I'm not sure if Cow is joking or he misunderstood "Closed Captions" for "Comments and Critique".
Or I've misunderstood and he's right.

I don't even know myself.
I pointed out there's no closed captions button on the video, and supplied critique. Just in case.
